FARMING LIFE
We are a Working Dairy Farm. You are free to wander around our fields and if we have any calves we try to give you the opportunity to see them being fed and learn a little bit about our farm. We have got an animal paddock with sheep, pigs and chickens which if happy will lay you eggs.
TRANQUIL SETTINGS
Although Billingsmoor is in the middle of the countryside with amazing views wherever you look, we are only a 10 minute drive from the M5, which means getting anywhere from here is very easy.
LOCAL BEACHES
The lovely beaches to the south are only a 30 minute drive whilst the rugged North Coast is a 45 minute drive.
LOCAL AREA
We are between Exmoor and Dartmoor and of course the beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter is 15 miles away. A lot of our guests return to us often as there is so much to do in this area.
GREAT FOREST
Of course for guests that would rather stay on the farm there is the fabulous forest to explore and just simply walking over the fields and watching the animals is a real treat.
FOREST SCHOOL
We have our own forest school which can be booked when you are here. To make you stay more comfortable we offer a range of services and food hampers that you can pre-order before your stay.
BOOKABLE EXTRAS
This ranges from bed making, arrival meals and breakfast and BBQ hampers. Once you have made your booking you will be able to download the welcome documents.
DOGS WELCOME
Dogs are very welcome to stay with you at Billingsmoor Farm but must be kept on a lead at all times. They must be booked in and should be booked at the time of booking.
Staying on Billingsmoor Farm

HOT TUBS
Hot Tubs: Two of our tents have hot tubs.
CHICKENS
Chickens: If you wish have your own coop next to your tent and look after some chickens. If you are lucky they might lay you some eggs! This can be arranged at booking time or directly with the farm.
EXTRAS
Stewpots: We offer you the chance to cook your own stew on one of our stewpots. All the ingredients are provided as well as the stewpot. This can be booked at the time of booking or directly with the farm.
We also cater for large groups.
Here at Billingsmoor we cater for groups and parties for all sorts of celebrations,
Hen/Stag parties and Corporate events. Why not book all of our tents and hold that special celebration or event here.
We are very happy to work with you on catering requirements such as hog roasts or arrange outside caterers for you.
With our “Old Shippen Barn” we are able to provide you with an indoor area in event of inclement weather.
